  • These guys are true "car guys" and that is who I trust to deliver and they certainly took care of my 2019 abused kia optima! Northtown auto covered up a rust spot and paint chips which I found after undercoating my car. Northtown didnt take care of me but auto image did! I know have a "new" restored version that my husband would have been thrilled with and he was the ultimate car guy. It was beautifully clayed and buffed to perfection And I could tell judah took care to hire like_minded people on his staff. Great experience for a damsel in distress!!

Whether its custimizing or repairing, the work is top notch and youll be hard pressed to find a better price....especially for the quality work u recieve.   • Being relatively new to the Buffalo area, it is tough finding new businesses you can trust, especially when it comes to cars. I am so relieved I happened upon Auto Image. The owner and his staff are very helpful and accommodating. They fixed my side-view mirror right away and then got me in for body work soon after. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. Upon return, my car looked good as new. I cannot recommend Auto Image enough. We will be sure to go here whenever we need body work done, and I urge everyone else to do the same.

  • I just bought a 02 Double yellow VW Beetle in August.A few weeks later I was at a red light and got rear ended.The bumper was really messed up.I wasnt sure where to take my car.My son referred me to Auto Image.I am very picky with my cars!..Judah checked my car out and I knew I could trust him. He replaced my bumper and the color matches perfect! He also touched up my front fender that had some scratches when I bought the car. Dont go anywhere else..you will be amazed like I am.!   • I took my 2005 Lexus to Auto Image for minor rear-end repair. The plastic bumper cover had a couple small cracks in it and I was afraid that the whole thing would have to be replaced (if parts were still available). Auto Image was able to repair the cracks and paint the bumper to match the car (bright red) perfectly. I would definitely recommend Judah and his workers, they did a great job!

  • My sons car was recently vandalized. The cowards keyed profanities into the entire passenger side. He is a college student in Buffalo and I'm in NYC, so you could imagine my anxiety when he told me what happened. I know he loves his car so I knew it was killing him. I had to find a shop in Buffalo without being there to do so, and I knew my son wasn't going to be able to carry out this task as he was too emotionally involved. I immediately began an internet search. Based on about a 1/2 dozen over the phone interviews, I realized that not all shops were going to make the cut. Then I called Auto Image Collision and spoke to the owner Judah. I told him my situation and after about 30 seconds, I knew he was my guy. He explained what the procedure would entail, which I couldn't agree with more. He was honest and clearly a specialist in his trade. As such, I sent my son to his shop where he examined the damage and provided a more than fair estimate, as I was not filing an insurance claim. Moreover, my son needed a vehicle to get back and forth from school while the repairs were being done. Unfortunately, he is too young to rent a vehicle so Judah offered his loaner vehicle to my son. A righteous offer considering he didn't know either of us. The best part of this review is the way my son's vehicle was repaired. It took four days and was repaired flawlessly. My son was extremely happy as was I. I was able to see Judah's work via video and I loved it. My son, who was looking for the smallest of imperfections in the paint, could find none. There are many body shops in the area, but none were able or willing to provide the personal service I recieved from Auto Image Collision. If your reading this review, you need look no further, Judah is your guy, and Auto Image Collision is your shop for no regret repairs on your vehicle.

  • What can I say, dropped off my 1969 Camaro for body and paint and Judah was very helpful. He did a great job and my car looks fantastic. Paint, body work and all the little things were done correctly and properly. Price was great too, plus I know they put more time into it, than what they charged me. Judah takes things step by step and sent pics to keep me updated on the progress. Most important thing I can say is the work is very good. Took my 50 foot car down to a 1 foot car. Now It took a bit of time to get the car back, but quality work takes a steady hand and plenty of time. Would come back again

  • Prices are good, the work quality is excellent, the time it takes for them to do the job is also quite fast. Matched factory paint flawlessly. I couldn't imagine being able to find a better place for paint work in all of buffalo. These guys are seriously talented, fast, and friendly! Just note the parking lot is small if you do go there, but that's the only thing that can be seen as a negative with this entire place; not like it matters anyways!

  • Judah was recommended to me by a friend of mine. He didn't disappoint! I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon and my van was done Friday morning. The damage on my car from the accident was a little worse than the insurance company first gave an estimate for, and Judah handled all the paperwork and calls with the insurance adjuster. It was pretty pain free for me and made my life easier! And my van looks great!! I'm not saying I would like to have to handle damage from another accident, but if I do, I would definitely come back to Auto Image Collision and highly recommend it!

  • Great work. Very reasonable prices. Auto Image re-painted my 2016 Ram 1500 truck bumper and found additional damage. They fixed the damage at no additional charge. They finished the work in the quoted time frame. The owner is very friendly and took time to explain the work that is needed. Highly Recommend.

  • My fiance took her Scion to Auto Image after the back bumper was hit while parked. She stopped by without an appointment and was able to get an estimate right away. Not only did they work with the insurance company on the estimate - they handled the repairs professionally and helped us afford them. She raved about Judah, said he was very reasonable, fair and a nice guy. Our car was ready within 48 hours AND as a VERY pleasant surprise - the interior was cleaned when we picked it up!!! We couldn't be happier with Auto Image - highly recommend.

  • WELL, after shattering my passenger side mirror and fearing having to pay atleast a couple of hundred dollars to fix it I was recommended by my uncle to check out Auto Image Collision. I walked in without an appointment and management was more than willing to take care of me and check out the damage. They ran everything through for me, no charge to give me an estimate and I ended up ordering the replacement mirror through them that day! There no payment necessary to be made until the part was in and as soon as it was in they allowed me to drop off my car at any point. I made it there about an hour before close and it was no problem to them (atleast so they made it seem) and thankfully my mirror damage wasn't as horrible as expected. Within 15 minutes everything was perfectly replaced all for 100$ (which includes the 75$ cost for the part). I would definitely recommend checking this place out, great customer service and solid work!

  • Got in a fender bender at a shopping center- called my normal shop and they couldn't be bothered with me; told me to "bring it in next week" - guess it wasn't "bad enough"...did a quick search on my phone and made one call - they handled everything from there - tow, rental, you name it. Truck was ready ahead of schedule and looks perfect - can't recommend Judah and his guys enough! We Western New Yorkers need to support our local businesses and Auto Image is a prime example of great local service. Highly recommended!!

  • I was recently involved in a minor fender bender and was referred to Judah at Auto Image Collision. I had a good feeling after initially speaking to Judah and my hunch was correct, this was a terrific place to do business. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly and attentive from the first phone call to the last. On the day I dropped my car off, staff at Auto Image warmed up my rental car (nice touch). Judah was in contact with me throughout the repair process and was there to deliver my completed car. I was delighted to pick up my car which had been washed and cleaned inside and out (honestly, it was in better condition than when I left it). Best of all, the work was done at a fair price and very quickly. Iā€™d recommend Judah and his shop to anyone in need of repair work.
